J & J Carts Online Parts Return Policy

At J & J Carts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy for returning online parts orders:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Parts may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Electrical parts, special-order items, and clearance/closeout items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact J & J Carts at [insert contact email/phone] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  2. Securely package the part(s), including all original materials, manuals, and accessories.

  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship returns to:
    J & J Carts – Returns Department

Shipping & Restocking

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. J & J Carts will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be processed as a return followed by a new order. Contact our team for assistance in selecting the correct replacement part.
